I am a scholar-practitioner peace psychologist with a Ph.D. from George Mason University's Carter School for Peace and Conflict Resolution and 12 years of professional experience in mental health, international peacebuilding, human rights, and qualitative-participatory action research/assessment. I have worked in the US (Southeast region especially), the Middle East/North Africa, and Eastern Africa. My professional mission is to support peacebuilding practitioners in becoming happier, healthier, safer, and more sustainable throughout their work and lives.I currently serve as a Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) Technical Advisor at Think Peace Learning and Support Hub (a neuroscience-informed peacebuilding NGO) and GMU's Mary Hoch Center for Reconciliation (an academic reconciliation research and practice center). I also hold a Visiting Scholar position at GMU's Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter School for Peace and Conflict Resolution, where I am writing a scholarly book and journal articles based on my dissertation research.
