Senior Regional Manager, Delivery Station Regional Management
Current- Lead and maximize the weekly, monthly, and annual performance of a key delivery operation within multiple Amazon Delivery Stations.- Display sound leadership and customer obsession, ensuring solutions are reached and expectations exceeded.- Build a deep understanding of operations, identify continuous improvement opportunities, and implement positive process changes.- Manage operational sites for compliance with legislation and policy through monitoring, accountability, auditing, and reviews.- Actively participate in initiatives and cross-functional projects across Amazon’s Operations department.- Drive staffing plans, schedules, quality initiatives, and process change initiatives impacting the team’s sphere of influence.- Utilize significant team leadership experience in the transportation delivery industry to deliver quantifiable results.- Demonstrate proficiency in Lean techniques, such as Kaizen and Six Sigma methodologies, for continuous improvement.- Possess strong business judgment, analytical skills, and a track record of success in a fast-paced logistics environment.- Exhibit excellent communication skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a strong bias for action in managing and improving production and processes.
