I have had the pleasure of serving as a US Army Field Artillery Officer for almost 8 years. In that time I have had the opportunity to work with motivated individuals to meet required end states and refine my team's and my capabilities and capacity. I have solid experience directing, producing, coordinating, managing, and facilitating diverse programs and implementing strategic plans to maximize program initiatives. Throughout this time, I have consistently been recognized for the relentless drive to improve daily operations, and in all capacities, I have distinguished myself as a loyal, well organized, and highly capable leader. My core strengths are in project and training management, personnel management, program development and implementation, logistics operations, budgeting, team-building and human resources; qualities that will characterize value to any organization.
