Since earning my undergraduate degrees in 2018, I have worked primarily in the health & human service field and obtained my Master of Education from my Alma Mater, Saint Francis University. As a Crisis Counselor at UPMC, I was given the opportunity to work with those in distress in my community, collaborating with them on their problems and creating a plan for a better future. After this, I was hired as a Community Care Coordinator with the Ontrak program. I worked remotely to provide resource coordination and emotional support for hundreds of members in our outpatient program. Similarly, I helped these members carve out a brighter path forward over time. Most recently I’ve had the please of working at PA Health & Wellness, where I was first recruited as a Program Specialist and eventually moved into my full-time role as a Service Coordinator I. In this hybrid position, I spend part of my time in my home office, and the rest managing a caseload of participants at nursing facilities in the central PA area.
