The primary focus of my position is to develop fuel and financial accounts for RTS Carrier Services, while leading a team of direct reports to accomplish these same goals. This will include the following responsibilities, among others:- Development of new business accounts and maximizing earning potential of existing accounts.- Understand, market, and communicate service offering to potential clients.- Grow referral network with appropriate audiences including buyers, consultants, outside sales reps, etc. to cultivate on-going pipelines of leads for RTS financial.- Interact with current and potential client leadership including executive, financial, and sales personnel in presenting existing and emerging company services.- Impact company growth utilizing a variety of methods including contacting current customers, networking, developing relationships, lead generation, cold calling, etc.- Develop strategies to increase sales and work with all stakeholders to impact growth.- Other duties and special projects as assigned.

I manage a sales team that generated over $18.6 million in revenue in 2012. I ensure that the monthly and quarterly house goals and market initiatives set by key vendors are executed by my direct reports. I coach and develop a team of direct reports to ensure that they are knowledgeable of their portfolio and pricing, and are willing to adapt to market trends that can affect the company's profitability.
