During my undergraduate study, I worked with colleagues at Cadeau Indonesia, an online-based souvenirs & craft business mainly targeting young customers. My roles included:- The administrator of Instagram & LINE official accounts of Cadeau Indonesia- Created and designed both concept and materials for digital promotion- Maintained social media pages and performed simple analysis regarding reaches, impressions, searchability, market growth, and so on- As the person-in-charge for customer ordering, payment, and product delivery processI brought the concept of the "mood board page" in the Cadeau's Instagram account. The idea was to introduce Cadeau to the world that it's not just that another online shop, but as a commonplace for Instagram people to share and bounce aesthetic ideas, and to inspire them. The result was desirable; the number of reaches increased +200 on average, and the number of likes doubled during my administration.
