Talent Management Specialist
Current- Responsible for the delivery and implementation of talent management programs, including performance management, workforce planning, engagement, talent reviews, and succession planning, and its integration into other People & Culture programs and practices- Provide subject matter expertise in the design and implementation of refreshed headcount and workforce planning strategies, programs, and toolkits to identify, diagnose, and solve potential talent and organizational gaps and opportunities- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure talent management projects are supporting the achievement of business results, and support the evolution and recurring completion of ongoing talent cycle activities within assigned business portfolios- Create standardized presentations, resources, job aids, and knowledge base articles on talent management practices, and facilitate their delivery to support leaders in executing their people strategies across a broad spectrum of roles and functions across the Co-operative Retailing system- Provide career and development planning guidance, including facilitating talent reviews and succession processes for business units and functions across the Co-operative Retailing System- Partner in the administration and execution of the employee engagement process for FCL and Local Co-ops, including analysis of survey results and partnering with leadership to develop and implement action plans in support of a broader employee listening strategy- Leverage Employee Experience frameworks to provide guidance and direction, and work with third party providers as required to ensure activities are following leading best practices
