Serve as Senior HR Business Partner for Vanguard’s 5K employee IT division. Support CIO and direct team with talent strategy. Coordinate delivery of strategic initiatives (e.g., structured role advancement program, acumen program development) and all standard HR processes (e.g., talent reviews, compensation, engagement surveys). Lead team of 9 directors and 2 senior managers plus matrix role over center of excellence staff (e.g., compensation).
