I currently oversee all athletic events at Canisius College overseeing 4 graduate assistants and over 40 student workers. In addition, I oversee 12 Club sports teams and the intramural program.- Assists with the oversight of day to day operations of Athletics Facilities & Operations department. Plans, organizes, and coordinates game operations and special events at assigned facilities.- Participates in goal setting and long-range planning. Develops goals, student learning outcomes, and program objectives. Assists with the development and implementation of the overall departmental strategic plan.- Oversight of the budget, procurement, inventory, maintenance, issuance, return, and compliance of team equipment for assigned sports.- Collaborates with Compliance, Sports Medicine, Environmental Health & Safety, and internal athletic departments to ensure compliance with applicable NCAA, Atlantic Sun, Federal, and State rules, regulations, and laws governing areas of responsibility.

I currently hold The Director of Athletic Facilities and Sport Programming position at The Athletic Campus. I oversee the development, direction and evaluation of a comprehensive programming department that consists of adult and youth leagues, tournaments, camps and clinics, and open recreation programming that serves an average of 2000 participants annually.- Conceptualized and streamlined the comprehensive sports programming department for The Athletic Campus- Oversees preparation of long and short-term goals creating a strategic revenue growth plan providing direction for the facility programming department.- Responsible for the development, direction and evaluation of a comprehensive youth and adult programming, tournaments, camps and clinics that meet the needs of a variety of skill levels, abilities, and interests of the community- Oversees the risk management protocols/documentation. Coordinates and adheres to the facilities risk management efforts for all programs and facilities in areas of responsibility.- Create and manages operating and personnel budgets for all Sport Programming with support from the Director of Operations.

The Athletic Campus is Rochester’s premier sports facility. This 70,000 square foot facility consists of three boardless turf fields, two training areas, a meeting room and an elevated viewing lobby. This first class facility is able to host a wide variety of events such as sport tournaments, leagues, banquets, corporate and community events.- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and facility operations- Assume responsibility for the facilities scheduling of club rentals, leagues, programs and tournaments- Manage and develop facility operation budget- Oversee facility maintenance and capital improvement projects- Develop and place into effect appropriate rules and guidelines for the facility and leagues- Hire, train, oversee and manage staff

The Rochester Regional Health Total Sports Experience facilities are Rochester and Western New York's finest sports and recreation complexes. We offer leagues, instructional programs, tournaments, and training sessions in most sports including soccer, lacrosse, football, and more. All indoor fields feature Max Play artificial turf. I helped oversee the following:- Implement and execute marketing strategies for sports leagues via social media and various outlets- Supervise facility events set-up and break-down, budget oversight and department expenditures (purchasing & reimbursements)- Ensure athletic events are conducted in compliance with rules, regulations and safety protocols - Assist in the hiring, training and guide a direct staff of 25 staff members

- Maintained front desk and oversaw membership check-in, data entry and booking of rentals- Oversaw the set-up and breakdown of sporting events in the facility- Supported grounds crew by helping line, paint and cut fields among other maintenance duties- Ensured administrative systems, processes and databases were organized and efficient
