I played a dual purpose role during my time in this position:My time allocated as Process Manager was spent supporting Hilti’s Global Software strategy and acting as a primary North American point of contact. I managed the entire software subscription platform for the North American PoC which was a revolutionary (non-SAP based) approach to subscription management. I also developed and deployed a globally accessible reporting platform that measured software adoption and utilization across the entire Hilti world. The ongoing development of this tool was supported by utilizing both Alteryx and Microsoft Power BI as building block tools.My time spent as Product Manager was focused on growing an internally developed CMS platform: EVOKE. I partnered alongside the sole developer and was able to accelerate EVOKE utilization and engagement throughout North America:- $1.3M in EVOKE sales (2019)- $950K in EVOKE sales (thru November 2020)- Grew EVOKE user adoption to +90K digital distributions (2020)- Increased CTR of EVOKE content marketing to +35% (2020)- Successful pilot and implementation of EVOKE to 75+ sales regions; this was critical during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic that severely limited Hilti’s face to face sales operations.- Developed and deployed a globally accessible reporting platform that measured software adoption and utilization across the entire Hilti world.
