Managed daily financial operations, staff training, and athletic operations. - Managed an $11,000 budget for programming and staff development.- Served in interim capacities during periods of staff transition in addition to current role, including being responsible for additional buildings, leading departmental committees and staff training.

Responsible for successfully managing the First-Year Living residence hall of 400 first-year students and 13-15 Resident Assistants, including 2 Senior Resident Assistants.
