As AIM's Director of Business Intelligence, I have been responsible for selecting the right tools, architecting AIM's data warehouse, sourcing the data, and implementing a BI frontend. My team is also responsible for the company's email platform. After three years on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, we handled the migration to Hubspot in Q4 of 2019. Each brand is responsible for their own copy and creative while my team takes the lead on automation, list hygiene, performance tracking and optimization, and user training.
