Nicholas Vilvandré was born in Lakenheath, England, and moved to the United States when he was a child. He loves the outdoors, boating and traveling. As a youngster, he lived in California, Oregon, Montana, and Idaho; He later moved to Bainbridge Island, Washington, and graduated from Bainbridge High School class of 1990. Nicholas has traveled to many remote destinations around the world, giving him a broader perspective on life than many. In his career, Nicholas has gained over 22 years’ experience in the customer service industry, facility operations, employee management and business development.In 2001 Nicholas founded and operated Elegant Valet and Transportation Services, a company providing valet parking, VIP services and Executive Transportation Services to clients in Greater Seattle and surrounding areas. In 2007, Nicholas sold his company to a national publicly traded company, Standard Parking Corporation. Under a purchase contract with Standard Parking he helped grow the company’s Seattle Transportation Division SPPLUS Transportation from three charter buses to a fleet of twenty-two, with 50+ employees under his management. He also managed large accounts such as One and Two Union Square, Amazon.com, Google Valet, G-Wash, Clearwire, Woodland Park Zoo Shuttle and University of Washington Shuttle Service, to name only a few.While building his businesses and gaining experience, Nicholas traveled all over the greater Puget Sound area, deepening his knowledge of homes, neighborhoods and special event venues in the Pacific Northwest. His growing passion for real estate led him to step out of his old profession into a new career that joins his knowledge of properties with a keen ability to identify his clients’ needs and dreams.
