Visited stores all around Yorkshire to help increase brand awareness of new products - through a variety of methods and channels.Worked with brands such as Miele, Fitbit and Google.Implemented changes to POS (point of sales) manually in store by delivering and installing the necessary equipment. This involved uploading marketing videos to instore devices as well as installing dummy products on shelves etc.Varied degree of work and skills obtained. Developed strong relationships with store managers in the region.

I helped raise £1,000 towards earning a place with the British Exploring Society. I undertook lessons in how to be an outdoors adventurer. In August we went on a month long expedition to the mountains of Kyrgyzstan where we spent the time exploring and learning about the landscape and environment. It was a once in a lifetime challenge that I'll never forget and only few people get to experience.I learned how to live without municipal water, buildings electricity and also phones and WiFi. We had to be entirely self sufficient and carry all our equipment and food over vast distances.

Broadbent's Electrical retailer (Huddersfield's Oldest Electrical Retailer) February-July 2021• Planned and prioritised delivery of goods through effective scheduling for delivery routes in the HD area. Proficient use of the NCompass (Calculus) scheduling software for CRM and scheduling of jobs and deliveries. • Manual handling and carrying of heavy equipment into people’s homes and out of the warehouse (such as fridge freezers, washing machines and 65inch TV’s)• Warehouse and Inventory management - increased the capacity of the warehouse by about 20%.• Entering homes of customers to setup and install a variety of white and brown goods such as TV’s, Washing Machines, Fridge-Freezers, Recorders, Ovens etc. • Involved in the installation of integrated white goods, fitting doors using basic joinery/plumbing skills.• Adapted/honed my communication and approach to accommodate the needs of elderly and disabled customers.• Planned and implemented a self-created media, marketing, and engagement campaign for 6 months to generate leads and sales. • Overhauled the outdated Facebook page and website by updating/upgrading content and fine-tuning options.

I was involved in the daily running and operations of the Coop in my local village. I assisted with everything from stock management to operating the functions of the bakery.

I was involved in demonstrating a vast range of high tech products to customers on the shop floor. I showed them how to operate Drones such as the DJI Phantom 4 and I also gave them a demonstration with the HTC VIVE (one of the most cutting edge VR headsets in the market). I also demonstrated and sold thousands of Hoverboards during the peak season of 2015. I helped teach others how to operate the product safely and securely which helped drive sales.
