One Housing provides places for people to call home and supports them to live well. Key achievements included:- Being awarded the 2020 'Internal Communicator of the Year' award and the 2019 'Manager/Leader of the Year' at the Institute of Internal Communications Awards for Excellence and my team being shortlisted for 'Best not for profit/public sector team'.- Developing an ongoing campaign to help colleagues understand what the business transformation, One Future, involved and its objectives – 99% of people managers confirmed that they understood it and 98% of people managers confirmed they could articulate the three themes of One Future. The One Future campaign was shortlisted for two awards.- Leading on the implementing new vision and values, and then embedding them.- Authoring the three-year engagement and experience strategy, built around three key areas: sharing information, supporting collaboration and building engagement.- Working with directorates to improve their Employee Experience, utilising tools such as mojo, Journey Mapping and Persona Definitions.- Successfully delivering bi-annual people managers conferences and Exec Roadshows – always delivered on budget.- Introduced new channels which have greatly increased engagement: Workplace (by Facebook), and Eight to One (monthly e-bulletin featuring updates from all eight Exec Team members). - Introduced behavioural change through the modern ways of working programme; which includes new IT kit, new software and technology (including CRM), and flexible working.- Delivering campaigns to launch: Life@One (Benefits, Recognition and Wellbeing offer), One Academy (the centre for learning), Talent Resourcing platform, joint LMS/Performance Development platform, CMS, and All for One (Diversity group).- From the employee surveys, 82% feel kept up-to-date with the goings on at One Housing, on average.- And seeing two direct reports promoted and one moving on to a more senior role elsewhere.
