I am an Infrastructure Operations Analyst with exceptional customer relations experience. My career has been centered around hands-on experience which I gained from serving my own clients before moving into active IT roles.Before working with Excis, Inc I spent 13 years working with residential and small business clients exercising what I learned with my computer repair class in school. To validate my knowledge I attained my CompTIA A+ computer certification, which got me in the door with corporations that I've enjoyed working with.My IT skills lead me to a Network Administrator position with Commercial Metal Forming where I helped to upgrade out-of-date infrastructure. This included upgrading from a T1 over MPLS internet infrastructure to Broadband over SD-WAN.Along with my IT skills I continue to develop my knowledge of the Linux Operating system. For 20 years it has been my primary operating system and my go-to for any private services I require. For 10 of those years I built and developed an enterprise-grade network rack where I learned about VM infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code, docker services, enterprise routing software, etc. I'm very interested in carrying on my education and finding a company I can stay and grow with. Currently I am relocating to the Columbus, Ohio area where I would prefer to garner a remote position, but am open to a hybrid or on-site position in the Columbus area.I look forward to continue to provide excellent service and value to a company that encourages independence, strong team work, and expanded learning opportunities.
