When I was younger and determining the career path I wanted to take, I came across a quote by Albert Einstein “Strive not to be a success, but rather to be of value.” That quote would stay with me to this day, being of value is the greatest success I can have in an organization and in life.Today I take pride in helping others to see the value within themselves.
