Primary focus is to develop relationships with businesses in Northwest Arkansas (NWA) and inspire loyalty through delivering a product of superior value while providing World-Class Customer Service.- Identify all new business and growth opportunities by embedding myself in the community through daily activities including: business and individual networking, active participation as an Ambassador with various local Chambers of Commerce and active participation in leadership events such as NWA Large Industry Council/Small Business Council - Maintain strong relationships with key contacts in existing accounts and increase revenue by developing new accounts- Promote value, talent acquisition, and the benefit of our service to organizations of various sizes through public relations including group and one on one meetings, job fairs, and advertisings
