I joined Posh as the 20th employee ( <$1ARR & <$5 raised). Currently, we employ over 100 employees, have surpassed $10 million ARR, and raised over $30 million.People Executive- Developed the Talent Acquisition function from the ground up, achieving an 85% offer acceptance rate, reducing the average time to fill positions to under three months, and eliminating reliance on external recruiters.- Established the Posh People Platform, incorporating tools like Lever for recruiting, Pave for compensation, Lattice for employee engagement, and transitioning from Rippling to Trinet for HRIS/PEO. I also explored innovative tools like GatherTown, a proprietary HR GPT, and a proprietary recruiting GPT.- Codified essential cultural frameworks, including Cultural Principles, Compensation Philosophy, and Time Off Philosophies.- Implemented the initial version of the Posh Operating System, OKRs, annual planning, meeting, and reporting rhythms.- Formulated processes for onboarding, terminations, and compliance audits.- Created our Talent Strategy Partner function to enhance onboarding, performance management, and manager coaching. Over three years, we maintained regrettable attrition at less than 3% annually.GM, SMBPoshie began as a nights-and-weekends project and has evolved into a product offering aimed at small and medium-sized business (SMB) clients. I spearheaded the conceptualization, implementation, and product leadership for Poshie, a generative AI-native digital assistant tailored for banks and credit unions of all sizes. As the first banking assistant to leverage generative AI, Poshie is multi-lingual and can be implemented within hours, not months.

With over 120 million users, Jobcase is a prominent platform for job seekers to connect, learn, and advance their careers, ranking second in online career services according to Comscore. I joined as approximately the 100th employee after the Series A funding round and remained through a significant $100 million growth equity round, during which we expanded to 250 employees. My role evolved from an individual contributor to managing three teams comprising 10 employees. I also led the team through a reduction in force, which saw our overall team size reduce to 175.- I led the product development for the B2C member-facing community of Jobcase, transforming it from a pilot project to a platform with 2 million monthly active users.- In 2020, I achieved a 7.5% monthly increase in daily community site visits by introducing new content types (topics, articles, Q&A, resource centers, the Digest), revamping our notification system, and implementing machine learning algorithms to identify and manage bad actors.- From 2017 to 2020, I drove the creation of over 13 million "enriched" profiles on the Jobcase community. This was accomplished through an enhanced profile system, optimized acquisition pathways, and a reimagined onboarding experience.- I oversaw the transition of our site architecture from a monolithic to a microservices framework, which notably improved the site's user experience (including performance and search functionality), fault isolation, and laid the groundwork for strategic initiatives such as a native app and search engine optimization.- I defined and monitored the "Qualified Monthly Active User," a key metric at the board level, to track high-engagement users on the platform.

As the founder of FundForward, I was responsible for its incorporation, operation, and eventual wind-down.- I developed and executed the product strategy, resulting in the launch of two distinct offerings: a self-serve, revenue-sharing product, and a bespoke, white-labeled SaaS (Software as a Service) product.- My approach led to an 80% overachievement in fundraising targets for our partners, driven by the use of templated marketing campaigns.- I successfully negotiated and closed eleven deals, contributing to an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of over $25,000.

I joined 2U after their Series D funding round as approximately the 350th employee and stayed until the company grew to around 1000 employees, following its Initial Public Offering (IPO).- In collaboration with professors, I contributed to the design of over seventy online courses across various graduate programs, including data science, law, business, and nursing.- I was instrumental in developing groundbreaking online education techniques that combined technology and media. Notable innovations include the Lightboard (also known as “Learning Glass”) and the Bi-directional Learning Tool (BLT).- I identified and implemented strategies to streamline academic content production, achieving efficiencies of 60,000 hours per year. This initiative resulted in annual cost savings of $3 million.
