• Responsible and accountable for all aspects of Company service delivery to client. • Travel to and engage with all regional clients on operations centric topics, minimally on a monthly basis.• Develop and strengthen relationships with key decision makers within client organization.• Responsible for achieving customer satisfaction, cost saving, client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and contract renewal for assigned accounts.• Ensure that strategic KPI's are in line with client’s goals and objectives.• Develop, maintain, and drive global improvement of appropriate client agreed upon KPI's.• Ensure top-notch service delivery for all clients, by coordinating with origin offices, Shared Service Centers, Customer Resources Centers and/or other Company service centers where applicable, ensuring overall service levels meet client expectations and root-cause fixes are implemented.• Demonstrate experienced leadership and management qualities that will allow for both internal mentoring of teams and external client confidence in Maersk as an operator and as a company overall.• Review all Standard Operating Procedures and Internal Operating Procedures on a regular basis, ensuring that they are up to date and easily understood, while identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions to clients.• Train all assigned associates to handle all client related needs; ensuring that they interact with the highest degree of professionalism, customer service, and good attitude within our organization, and with internal/external suppliers

• Understand the supply chain account’s business requirements and the end-to-end program which Maersk has committed, then execute according to defined Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs), Standard Operating Procedures and Key Predictive Indicators(KPIs).• Proactively identify program exceptions, then troubleshoot and solve according to broad guidelines provided by the Program Manager and or KAM, where applicable. • Communicate professionally with our accounts, their vendors and suppliers • Maintain IOPs, SOPs and KPIs in accordance with business changes • Build long term relationships with our accounts’ operational teams • Prepare and present KPIs and other program initiatives to internal stakeholders • Support the Program Manager/Key Account Manager (where applicable) by providing ideas for process

•Own all Sea Operations activities under file management for the customers in CSO•Key Activities include: All file management activities post booking•Documentation•System Updates•Operational finance•Proactive communication with customer service in case of exceptions•Supporting Customer Service in customer query resolution and exception handling
