I specialise advising and assisting commercial enterprises and businessmen and women in a global economy.I advise clients in a wide range of commercial and personal situations with particular emphasis on providing practical and economic solutions.I have particular experience advising in:- joint ventures;- helping commercial enterprises grow;- company aquisitions, disposals and reorganistions often involving more than one jursidiction;- the preparation and negotiation of Company, Partnership, LLP, Employment and other commercial documents and contracts;- company disputes, directors' disputes, shareholders disputes, partnership disputes, employment disputes and other commercial disputes and their resolution;- advising family owned businesses.- advising and acting for clients in matrimonial and other family disputes including wills and estates disputes with particular regard to financial and international aspects.

After nearly 10 years as Principal and Director of the law firm that I founded which specialised in advising and assisting commercial enterprises and businessmen and women in a global economy with bespoke solutions to legal issues I was invited to join Swan Turton LLP as consultant solicitor, where I will have greater resources available to support my clients .

After 21 years at Woolf Simmonds, I reitired as a partner in order to achieve a number of long held ambitions including setting up a new specialist law firm ,Nicholas Woolf & Co Ltd which I achieved , and becoming involved in other businesses and projects.

In 1990, I co-founded the Woolf Simmonds partnership. Over a period of 21 years I facilitated the growth of this West End practice. I developed our initial specialisation in conveyancing for commercial and residential purposes, and general private client work including litigation, into a firm able to deliver legal solutions to international clients. A large part of my work in the last 10 years focused on dealing with company law issues including company formation, disputes, and globalisation of businesses. I also continued to assist clients with private matters, such as matrimonial work, particularly work with an international aspect.

I started my own law practice and advised on a wide range of legal issues.
