As Executive Leader Business Development, Nicholas oversees the Transformation and Customer Experience Division which is responsible for the ongoing transformation of the Rural Lifestyle Options Australia brand and all aspects pertaining to the customer experience across the organisation’s brand touchpoints. He is responsible for brand management; leading strategic marketing initiatives and identifying new business opportunities that deliver on the organisation's Strategic Plan. Nicholas oversees all internal and external communications across the organisation and is responsible for providing strategic advice to other leaders in order to create greater efficiencies and stronger cross-division synergies. As Executive Leader Business Development, Nicholas provides support and leadership to the Business Development, Aged Care Home Care and Customer Experience Teams and plays a pivotal role in the ongoing growth of the organisation. Nicholas is a Certified Practising Marketer through the Australian Marketing Institute and Graduate in Multimedia Design from the University of Queensland, St Lucia.
