Traveled to Korea for the mobilization of the TSV, coordinated with local subcontractors for welding, procurement, logistics and fabrication works. Prepared management of change (MOC), task plans, lift plans, customs clearances, safe use of work equipment assessment findings report, notice to mariners, mob fax, reinstatement reports. (March-April)●Onshore TSV Mobilization engineering support. Prepared the mobilization procedure for the trenching support vessel, designed deck layouts in BricsCAD, prepared lift plans, risk assessments, HIRAs, along with procurement of supplies and equipment for the vessel. (November-March)● Offshore JUB Engineering support for removal of BHA and drill string operations. (October)● Onsite HDD Engineering support for HDPE operations. (September)

Assistance for T&T as built documentation and vessel daily progress report. Offshore witnessing of fiber optics and high voltage cable and termination testing as well as mechanical completion walk downs. ● Compiled and tabulated offshore windfarm project progress data sourced from 10+ departments and subcontractors in order to provide clients with daily updates, and Taiwan Power Co. with monthly overviews.● Streamlined client report output efficiency by approx. 3 days, thereby reducing fines that Taipower could potentially impose on report delays.● Managed media team that documented and filmed monthly construction highlights to global headquarter and to client. ● Completed Global Wind Organization Certificate training required by the offshore power industry, including first aid, fire awareness, manual handling, working at heights, and sea survival.● Constantly monitored ongoing project delays and provided input on ways to to get back on schedule.
