This also includes potential PBX troubleshooting such as Nortel/Cisco/Mitel/Avaya routers/switches and being able to assist customers in their equipment when necessary, but only as advisement.

I very unfortunately had to resign to move to Mississippi due to unforeseen personal circumstances. I would have liked to remain with this company as I enjoyed working with parents and students assisting their needs to improve their education.
