My primary duty is to provide direct mental health services to adults with serious, persistent mental illness, some with co-occurring substance abuse disorders. Services include case management, outpatient therapy, home-based services, group facilitation, and crisis intervention services in ACT and Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) models. My secondary function is to supervise a multi-disciplinary team including a psychologist, nurse, social worker, and support staff to provide efficient and innovative services in a person-centered model.
