A communicator by nature with experience in sales, where I found or recognized my passion for tasks to manage and people.The retail industry requires people with affluent soft skills. Given that, I used this in my favour and all the goals, which I managed to tackle. My will to pursue HR career came with a small experience in the administrative/HR area, where I had a bite of it and fell in love instantly. My qualities are my willpower to deliver with excellence what was offered to me, curiosity for the new and love for making new connections. Dealing with the other is what motivates me, and being able to channel this into talent capitalization for an organization is my goal.
