She created role-based training material, hosted over seven hundred hours of onsite & Zoom based trainings and visited twelve of their remote offices; tailoring each training to meet the specific needs of the end users. Even with the significant challenges posed by the global Covid-19 pandemic, in less than one year Big-D’s usage on the Procore platform increased nearly 600% and remained consistent throughout Nichole’s employment. When she wasn’t focused on Procore, Nichole authored policy documents aimed at improving their project start-up process, onsite quality control methods, infield use of 360’ cameras and their closeout and warranty management processes. Additionally, at the directive of Big-D’s COO Nichole fostered relationships with emerging construction tech startups and successfully deployed six Procore plug-ins’ that have continued to increase corporate oversight and improve project outcomes. -

Project and corporate level safety dashboards were integrated into Procore, providing broader transparency, and triggering alert notifications to the leadership team if leading indicator thresholds were exceeded. -
Procore Implementation ManagerCatamount Constructors Jan 2017 - Sep 2018Lakewood, Co, UsAfter building a case study and assisting a group of internal stakeholders compare, trial and review three construction management platforms, Nichole was tasked to be the System Administrator during the corporate integration of the Procore platform. She worked to develop three regionally specific project templates, align custom tool configurations, embed custom inspection templates & create best practice training aids for all internal team members; as well as the subcontractors, clients & other AE partners. She hosted onsite training sessions geared towards addressing the needs of each office/staff role and would continue to train the staff on a quarterly bases on platform developments, the ERP integration basics and new custom-built tools. One year into the integration and with over ninety active projects, Nichole began to focus on dashboard development to bring KPI insight to the executive staff; while also working with third party plug-in vendors to improve imaging records, subcontractor onsite accountability and the visualization of all mined data.An ongoing initiative that Nichole also spearheaded was processing manufacturer product rebates on all of Catamount’s multi-unit residential properties. With the assistance of two outside vendors, she recuperated over $123,000 in under three years. This money would fund the purchase of all infield iOS devices. -
Special OperationsCatamount Constructors Feb 2015 - Jan 2017Lakewood, Co, UsWhile continuing to manage the closeout coordination for Catamount’s Denver office, Nichole was also tasked to assist the Senior Director of Operations complete special projects. The first assignment was to create a collaborative work environment where all internal staff & external stakeholders would have access to real-time project documentation from their desktops & or mobile devices in the field. As the System Administrator, Nichole developed the folder structure, user templates and security guidelines for the platform. Workflows were also established to streamline the submittal, RFI and punch list process. Over the course of eight months, Nichole would train over 140 office & field users in all three regional offices how to navigate the multi-app system. She also created role specific training documents and served as the main point of contact for user’s questions and concerns. Once the platform was up & running Nichole, with the assistance of the internal Quality Control Manager worked to digitize a robust library of safety, quality control, storm water and installation inspections, so that they could be utilized by the field staff from their iOS devices. This initiative would also be rolled out to all of Catamount’s field staff with Nichole taking the lead with training & ongoing support needs. Although the platform dramatically improved Catamount’s processes, all of the information being recorded was project specific data that provided very little corporate value; at which time Nichole began looking for an all in one solution. -
Post Construction Client ServicesCatamount Constructors May 2013 - Feb 2015Lakewood, Co, UsFollowing the successful turnover of the Kaibeto Boarding School project, Nichole was tasked to establish the office wide process for expediting an improved project close out. She worked to centralize all of the subcontractor & product warranties, the operation & maintenance data, commissioning documentation, onsite maintenance staff training videos & an integrated As-Built drawing set. These records were stored on a custom file-share website that dramatically reduced the architect/engineer review process time and also served as a portal for the clients & their onsite maintenance staff throughout the warranty period. Nichole also embedded workflows into the portal to assist with the warranty claim process. Catamount’s Project Managers would receive an email notification alerting them that a claim had been submitted by the client. From inside of the platform the Project Manager could then task a subcontractor with the claim, identify a required response time, ease onsite scheduling coordination & track the claims progress to completion. Both processes would become corporate wide best practices that Nichole would train over 125 employees how to utilize by the end of 2014. -
