As the Executive Director of HEAL4Her, Nichole’s mission is to advocate for the Health Education, Access, and Literacy for incarcerated and recently released women. In addition, her experience working closely with the public enables her to relate to individuals of all backgrounds and disciplines. Nichole’s personal philosophy is that community is an essential aspect of life and through building strong relationships a thriving and positive environment is created.
