- Responsible for meeting/exceeding monthly and annual sales budgets.- Maintain and grow existing account list by maintaining relationships with clients, providing top-quality service and ensuring client satisfaction.- Negotiate rates and yearly contracts with clients.- Identify and solicit new business.- Prepare promotional proposals and customized plans in response to client needs and budgets.- Enter client orders using specialized software.- Investigate and resolve client problems.- Communicate with other departments to assure quality service in placing orders, creating ad scripts, web banners and arranging promotional events.- Work with clients to ensure prompt payment and/or perform collections duties on past due accounts.
