Responsible for the daily non-clinical operations of the office, charting with the doctor and hygienist, performing consultations to explain necessary treatment and the financial obligations in regards to what is needed to new and existing patients, coordinating patient appointments based on the clinicians preferences, auditing the schedule to ensure treatment is rendered in the appropriate order, processing financing applications and posting payments, preparing daily deposits, researching and resolving billing issues, addressing patient concerns in a timely manner, recruiting and training new staff, conducting performance evaluations, coaching and developing team members when necessary, organizing team meetings, resolve conflicts between office staff as they arise, various other office duties as necessary.
