Worked with Development Directors and Development Managers to create multi-million dollar contracts in various stages of projects, such as service agreements, addendums, and change orders. Entered contract information into ERP system to record and manage project financial data. Worked with both Project Managers and Vendors on receiving accurate pay applications and invoices for timely payment.
