Provides leadership, development, marketing, implementation, and evaluation for the Weatherization and Energy Department, helping clients in Siskiyou County afford and reduce their energy expenses. Accountable for all aspects of the department including administering the agency's Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), Department of Energy Weatherization Assistance Program(DOE WAP), and PacifiCorp's Energy Savings Assistance Program.

In charge of maintaining the public image of Great Northern Services and disseminating information about projects and programs. Responsible for the website, social media pages, email marketing, media relations, and general marketing communications. Coordinates individual giving and businesses donation campaigns. Part of the Executive Management Team and the IT system liaison.

Designed, coordinated, and accessed marketing initiatives using social channels, email marketing, direct mailing, and in store materials. Created and expanded the store’s social media profiles, including starting and growing Facebook page with over 11k fans. Coordinated cooperative marketing initiatives with publishing houses and developed financial tracking and reporting tools.Maintained, designed and programed aspects of the Drupal ecommerce website. Wrote training materials and instructed staff. Redesigned the co-operative marketing accounting program to maximize claims and identified new sources of potential funds. Nurtured positive relationships with publishers and created an advance review program tailored to impressing top-level publishing executives.

Designed & taught a syllabus for a Writing 1/2 class exploring Digital Media. This class was to be concurrently taught as Writing 1, Composition and Rhetoric and Writing 2, Rhetoric and Inquiry.

Responsible for the scheduling, training and hiring for a rotating staff of around 20 people. Monitored the staff’s daily procedures, dispersed and collected cash drawers, and handled nightly deposits.
