In the summer of 2012 I served on a team of four other instructors who created Kelley's student talent management course, Kelley Compass. As a current instructor of the course, I guide students in finding the business areas that align with their work values, personality, interests, and skills, and then assist them in developing their personal brand and.

As the Director of Alumni Career Services, I significantly improved IU’s alumni engagement and career services outreach at IUAA. I met with alumni in-person, over the phone, or via Skype to provide resume reviews and assist with career transitions utilizing the MBTI® and Strong Interest Inventory®. I increased alumni “touches” by 30%, personal contacts by.

• Coached students in an online environment on interview skills and strategies for securing employment; critique resumes and cover letters.

• Instrumental in the modification and implementation of two major computer software programs: CSO (job search database) and Optimal Resume (resume creation software).

• Created relationships with employers new to the CDC by assisting them in creating new internship opportunities or improving existing programs.

• Managed the College of Arts and Sciences’ Q398 “Internship Off-Campus” course through Oncourse (Fall 2004 – Summer 2006).
• Created and developed new marketing campaigns as a part of the CDC’s marketing team.

• Facilitated group therapy sessions with supervisor while working at the Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Program at St. Vincent Stress Center.
• Led workshop portion of the program of the IOP Program at St. Vincent. Topics included: communication, personality types, motivation and goal-setting.
• Charted patient progress daily.

• Developed and coordinated an all-encompassing training program for the initial implementation of PeopleSoft in a privately-held company. The initial implementation involved training over 600 users in 7 different areas.
• Supervised training staff; designed and taught train-the-trainer program for the PeopleSoft implementation.
• Authored training manuals using company-specific information for use in PeopleSoft training classes for the upgrade to PeopleSoft 8.0. Also participated in the actual training of the users for both the implementation.

• Planned training workshops for sales representatives that gave direction on selling the company’s new proprietary products. The planning involved scheduling the seminar location, planning the agendas, compiling.
• Planned and organized company’s booth at annual national trade show.
• Coordinated ongoing seminars attended by hundreds of clients including planning the agenda, scheduling guest speakers, securing seminar locations and handling registration issues.
• Trained sales representatives, dentists and their staff on the use and implementation of advanced technology equipment into the dental office.
