FXI Inc acquired Innocor Inc in late 2019/early 2020. As part of this transition and with an anticipation in increased focus on continuous improvement, my prior role was split, and I began focusing solely on CI as the Continuous Improvement Manager. Some of my accomplishments during this time are:• Led implementation of manual OEE tracking and reporting on multiple value streams, later upgrading to digital OEE tracking systems• Trained teams and facilitated the creation of Standard Work Playbooks for multiple value streams• Reduced the cost on on-site rented storage trailers from 150+ to a low of 30 trailers. • Drove the continual reduction of SMOI (slow moving and obsolete inventory) raw materials and finished goods• Primary contact for coordinating donations of mattresses, pillows, and mattress toppers from the plant to local and nationwide organizations.

Overview:Joint Continuous Improvement and Quality Manager at Innocor’s finished goods (foam mattresses, toppers, cluster pillows, and molded pillows) manufacturing facility in Baldwyn, MS. As Quality Manager, I led a department of 9 people. Our team was responsible for day-to-day quality checks on raw materials, WIP, and finished goods; ensuring BOMs are accurate and updated; testing and assisting with troubleshooting poured foam test results; and creating samples for new customers, new products, new vendors, federal 1633 testing, and photoshoots. My primary role in the Quality sphere was to manage the team, interface with Corporate about questions or issues within the plant, and review quality data to identify and remedy inefficiencies. I also ensured that our plant was compliant with all federal and customer requirements and was the point of contact during customer audits.As Continuous Improvement Manager, I led our plant on its Lean journey. I trained our employees on Lean topics and coached on how to identify opportunities for improvement. I also led monthly kaizens, bringing in a variety of team members each time. Accomplishments:•Developed and implemented formal job descriptions for each member of the Quality department•Successfully completed numerous customer audits•Worked with product development and production to achieve stringent quality specifications required to gain new customers•Lead monthly kaizen events

Overview:Master Black Belt for Tupelo Plant. My primary role is to teach and mentor belts at all levels (black, green, and yellow belts). I'm also responsible for organizing, facilitating, and leading our green and yellow belt training and certification and updating, editing, and creating new training material as needed. In addition to these duties, I lead continuous improvement projects on chronic problems that encompass multiple departments, complete special assignment tasks for managers, and serve as a Lean and Six Sigma expert for the plant. In the fall of 2017, I attended Master Black Belt training with Avior Group; I'm currently working toward certification.Accomplishments:• Attended Master Black Belt training with Avior Group in Mesa, AZ• Tupelo plant lead for Corporate Operational Excellence Mixing Variation Reduction strategic initiative• Lead a DFSS project to develop Receiving department to meet VDA standards for first potential original equipment client• Mentoring 5 Active Black Belts plus 1 at Clarksdale, MS facility• Facilitator and lead instructor for 2018 green belt training• Created training feedback forms now adopted by other facilities

Overview:I'm a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in the Rubber Mixing Department. My main function is to lead variation reduction projects within the department with our Corporate Operational Excellence team. I also mentor green and yellow belts within the department and serve as a subject matter expert for all things Lean and Six Sigma for the department. I teach yellow, green, and black belt classes, most recently leading our last wave of green belt students. Accomplishments:• ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt• Cooper Tire Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt• Tupelo plant lead for Corporate Operational Excellence Mixing Variation Reduction strategic initiative • Lead Instructor for 2015 and 2016 green belt training• Coordinated waste reduction efforts across three departments• Streamlined a tire component process across three departments, from raw material to delivery , resulting in the elimination of one piece of equipment

Overview:Upon my hiring into the Continuous Improvement department, I served as an Associate Engineer while awaiting the 2014 wave of black belt training. During this time, I participated in a variety of activities where I learned about the tire building process and a baseline understanding of Lean and Six Sigma.Accomplishments:• Coordinated waste reduction efforts across three departments with daily reports and weekly meetings• Achieved Green Belt certification in June 2014 • Assisted with rubber mixing formula verification for SAP ERP implementation
