About Nichole Carroll, Arnp
I am high energy, if you could not tell from the numerous times I chose to work two jobs and further my education at the same time. I started with Biochemistry, then added Bioinformatics, then Nursing (RN), then Bachelors in Nursing, and finally achieved my ARNP. I graduated Magna Cum Laude for both my BSN and MSN. I am a member of the Phi Nu Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing (Sigma) and the The National Society of Leadership and Success. I am a highly educated and energized individual with a proven track record in academic research, bioinformatics, surgical and critical care nursing. I started my career in medical support services as an EMT (68W) and Surgical Technologist (68D). I am driven, determined, and dedicated to all that I take on. I am able to deliver consistent and reliable quality outcomes in a demanding environment and on schedule. I am naturally oriented toward increasing knowledge - I am always looking for opportunities to learn and increase my skill set in surgical practices, research and leadership. Honestly, I am really effective at balancing differing points of view in a diverse work environment and am able to not only maintain pleasant working relationships, but also build trust and respect among all who I work for and with. I believe my concurrent military leadership career progression has only added to my growing healthcare skill set by offering me diverse leadership opportunities in both healthcare and military intelligence roles.
