Brown Sugar Caramels started from my love for creating and crafting meals, desserts and treats for friends and family to enjoy. It has now grown into my passion to share and bring this same joy to others.Brown Sugar Caramels are handcrafted artisan caramels made to order in small batches. The caramels are creamy, decadent and come in classic and creative flavors.I know you will become a fan after your very first bite.

Developed and created the fundraising and awareness goals and plans for the National Organization. Raised millions of dollars to fund the Foundation's mission and goals. Developed website, marketing plans and peer-to-peer fundraising platform. Created public relations and social media platforms. Designed and lead Ambassador program with professional and amateur athletes. Managed full-time employees and volunteers. Developed revenue sharing plan for the National Organization.

Developed the Chicago White Sox Game Operations department and the "Greatest Show In Baseball," creating the pre-, in- and post-game features, events, and overall blueprint to entertain over 40,000 fans each game; to include music, videos, entertainment team, fan interactive features and prompts, etc. Prepared and managed event marketing plans and department budget. Directed and supervised seven full-time staffers and up to 30 day of game staffers. Coordinated cross-departmental teams, organization and communication tools, policies and procedures. Collaborated on promotions and implementation of advertising campaigns, group sales events and Chicagoland area festivities, including a World Series Ticker Tape parade.

Responsible for the administration and conduct of seven National Collegiate Championships. Managed and approved budgets and financial reports for championship host sites. Served as the liaison to seven sports committees, coaches associations and internal office committees. Developed and communicated policy changes to Association's membership and sports community as a whole.

Directed the Association's championship department. Planned and executed 18 Division I conference championships annually. Collaborated with University administration and athletic departments. Developed marketing and community outreach plan for Association's partnership with the City of Richmond, Virginia. Served as committee liaison to conference Diversity Committee, Championship Committee, corporate partners and coaches' committees.
