I am a recent Graduate of George Mason University. I obtained my Bachelor's in Information Technology with Cyber Security as a concentration. I am currently working as an IT Help Desk intern at Gryphon Technologies. I so far have gained experience using Bomgar (aka BeyondTrust), for remote access into our users computers. I have been exposed to Activ Client as a certificate manager, and as an aid in troubleshooting user smart card certificates. I am familiar with PDQ Deploy for pushing company approved software to the users computer for installation and use. I am also familiar with helping people get logged into Citrix and re-imaging computers. In addition to what i currently do, I would like to gain more knowledge about the field of cyber security, and I look forward to expanding my skill set. Any insights that you may be able to offer about the Cyber career path would help me understand what will be expected of me and what I need in order to grow as a security expert. Thank you.
