• Managed all HR functions including Recruitment, Onboarding, Training, Compliance, Employee Relations, 401k Administration and Benefit Design and Administration.• Managed payroll processing and check distribution for 3 separate weekly payrolls for approximately 300 employees.• Oversaw procedures and processes for yearly audit of HR, Payroll and Benefits.• Ensured compliance with all local, state and federal agencies as required on all matters relating to safety, unemployment, EEOC, etc.• Performed compensation analysis and provided recommendations to Executive Management.

• Managed payroll processing for 4 multi-state biweekly payrolls for over 1,600 employees.• Coordinated with Managers to promote positive employee relations, solve problems, assess HR risk and promote customer service. • Managed all employee compensation and performance reviews.• Implemented multiple time tracking systems and a new HRIS system with a self-service portal.• Responsible for all benefit design and communication as well as performed all Administrator functions for the 401k and Benefit programs.• Coordinated all company events, parties, travel arrangements, open enrollment and health fairs.
