In March of 2012 we lunched SMG Advisors, a top tier management consulting firm that empowered high-net worth individuals and business owners make positive changes in their lives to create personal and financial success. Working closely with the SMG Advisors team, I had the opportunity work on the creation of The Peace of Mind Program and coach our clients to achieving their business and financial goals.

In 2011 I joined SMG Partners, a Denver based financial services firm offering financial products and services to individuals and business across the USA. In addition to running the day to day operations of the organization I managed workflow, created timelines and delegated tasks for nine sales agents and administrative staff on a daily basis. I began mentoring and coaching our administrative staff and agents in sales strategy, products and client services leading to my role at SMG Advisors.

I was first introduced to Property and Casualty Insurance at State Farm Insurance working for agent Bruce Oyler. During my time there I assessed my clients’ needs and presented alternative property, casualty, life and health products and proposals. I became familiar with generating leads for new business by contacting prospective clients through referrals, networking, cold calling, lead generation programs and marketing strategies. During my time there our book of business grew to over 2,000 individual and commercial policy holders in the state of Colorado.

In 2007 I began my career in sales and financial services at Wealth Management Partners, that later became SMG Partners. Responsible for the day to day operations of the company I instilled processes and procedures with agency new business, compliance and home office underwriting to ensure that applications were processed quickly and correctly. Later I began working directly with clients meeting with individuals and business owners to implement accounts for life, health, and annuity products. As our 401(k) business began to expand I managed over 50 401(k) accounts and became the direct contact with client companies regarding enrollment and eligibility.
