About Nick West

As Director, Customer Success, my mission is to deliver cutting-edge healthcare technology and AI-enabled software solutions to world-class clinical, research, and life science customers.As part of both start-ups and Fortune 500 leaders Philips and Roche, I have built collaborative relationships with industry leaders including NYU, Miami Baptist, University of Chicago, University of Wisconsin, Moffitt Cancer Center, and Genentech. I consistently identify each customer’s unique needs and introduce solutions to optimize imaging workflow while improving customer utilization, patient satisfaction, and overall financial performance. I started my career as a Registered Radiologic Technologist RT(R), enabling me to understand service delivery from an end user’s standpoint. I used this real-world knowledge to serve my customers throughout my 8 year career with Philips. As a consultant, I served as an award-winning internal and external Subject Matter Expert across Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt), Change Management, Healthcare Data Analytics, and Kaizen. I consistently worked to improve my customer’s efficiency and provided world-class continuous improvement guidance. I am especially proud to have helped critically injured veterans, delivering service upgrades and PACS software training across the VA Veterans Integrated Services Network (VISN).As a Senior Applications Consultant for Roche, I established critical workflow processes, policies, and procedures for Roche start-up division NAVIFY SaaS solutions.
