Supporting practices across Oxford Regional Health Authority, providing on IT perspective on fundholding management.Researched, developed, trialled and enabled the early adoption of new technologies including electronic billing, waiting list management, appointment systems, wireless patient notes access and preventative health-care management data collection systems.Created waiting list management software for surgeries within the Oxford Regional Health Authority. This was in use for 10 years at 125 surgeries.Developed Excel-based frameworks and scripting systems to access remote databases, enabling surgeries to budget and forecast expenditure.Spoke at conferences on technical issues, gave presentations and delivered training.
