The Purdue University Culture Club allows students to further their interest in German culture and language for personal enjoyment. As President, I lead discussions about selected topics in German culture and organize interest events, alongside administrative work for the club, such as allocating funds and registering the organization with the University.

Employee of the Purdue University Writing Lab. Assisting undergraduate, graduate, multilingual, and international students with a better understanding of weak areas within writing to better prepare students for their assignments. Building off of students' knowledge and skills to improve their ability to identify and correct their own writing issues. Trainings for this position included educational scaffolding, rapport-building, and cultural competency.

Employee of the Office of Marketing and Media. Student extension of the "Protect Purdue" campaign, tasked to communicate and promote safe and healthy alternatives to enhance the Boilermaker experience during COVID-19. Scope includes creating social media posts, holding on-campus tabling events and community events, and encouraging general safety guidelines given by the university.

Developing content such as flyers and display cases to inform and advertise to general members about all-member meetings and other activities the society is holding. Outside of my specific duties, as serving on the executive board of this society, we actively take part in monthly community service for the Lafayette area.

Employee of the Disability Resource Center, tasked with taking meticulous notes for specific classes and sending them to the students that requested the notes in a timely manner in order for the students to study effectively.

Volunteer student leader for Purdue's week-long first-year orientation program. Demonstrated effective leadership and communication leading a group of 15 incoming college students around a large and complex orientation program. Worked collaboratively with 10 other Team Leaders to ensure academic and social success for new students in a college environment. Trainings for this program included inclusion, communications, group facilitation and conflict management.

Affiliate of the Brock-Wilson Center for Women in Management, which "prepares leaders for a diverse global workforce and supports women from pre-college throughout their careers." Specific duties include working on a committee tasked with creating case studies regarding specific issues women in the business world have experienced, and how to mitigate similar occurrences in the future. Activities involved in the committee include: interviewing and generating connections with Purdue Krannert alumnae, creating outlines and formats for the case studies, and proofreading cases to ensure continuity and clarity.

9-week virtual internship working in Fraud and Authentication. Project revolved around testing and evaluating the efficacy of behavioral biometrics for fraud prevention. Investigated fraud landscape and generated knowledge on biometrics to understand industry context. Designed and assessed hypotheses regarding usability of biometrics using SQL and Teradata.

Created a content calendar and media strategy based on significant events throughout the semester for club Instagram and LinkedIn accounts to engage club members and intended audience. Co-created theme and layout for new Instagram account with club Vice President of Marketing. Utilized Canva to genrate eye-catching Stories and Posts for campaigns such as "WIB Wednesday" and "Weekend with WIB."

Worked closely with WIB's VP of Finance to secure University funding for our club and our flagship annual Monarch Leadership Conference. Creating proposals in compliance with Purdue's Student Organization Grant Allocation board. Catalyzing other fundraising events for Women in Business, like Skip-A-Meals.

Spent a month abroad immersed in a brand new culture and language. Expanded ability to communicate with diverse groups from interacting with new and foreign cultures. Explored two Italian businesses in a case study and interpreted the role of social responsibility in companies.

Summer job during summer 2016 and 2017 at a children's camp; lived onsite all summer; tasks included making merchandise displays, taking inventory, selling merchandise, handling camper accounts in order to enhance campers' experiences and allow them to get snacks and merchandise while spending the week at the camp.
