I am a sophomore chemical engineering student at the University of Notre Dame, with minors in Bioengineering and Engineering Corporate Practice. I am passionate about the intersection of engineering, healthcare, and business, and aim to leverage my engineering and business strategy skills to drive innovation in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries - ultimately contributing to real-world solutions that improve lives.I thrive in team environments, whether mentoring fellow students as a First-Year Engineering Student Assistant, leading STEM initiatives at YMCA camps, or guiding teams as Captain of Science Olympiad. These leadership experiences have honed my ability to foster collaboration, motivate peers, and drive effective results.My academic journey has been enriched by hands-on research experience. As an undergraduate researcher in the Roeder Lab, I collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while developing expertise in advanced laboratory techniques and refining my problem-solving and analytical skills. I enjoy getting real-world experience while constantly learning from peers and professors.As I look ahead, I’m excited to further explore how engineering and business can drive healthcare innovation, creating novel drugs and therapeutics that are accessible to all.   Office Manager ('24):▪ Worked with the program directors to ensure camp runs effectively, corresponding with parents to answer questions▪ Assigned responsibilities, duties, and activities for a staff of 40 counselors to carry out weekly to serve our 300 campersHuddle Counselor/STEM Pro ('21-'23):▪ Supervised 24 campers with a co-counselor in different age groups (K, 4th)▪ Worked to create a safe & inclusive environment by incorporating special needs children into camp▪ Mentored new counselors during trainings and teens through the CILT program▪ Designed & led 10 STEM activities weekly based on that week’s theme for campers ranging from K-8th grade
