In this role I lead a team of 10 Portfolio Managers. I successfully married the sales and operations processes to pursue new business and also maintain existing business. The region that I cover currently has roughly 1,100 business relationships across Northern California with over $120M in Accounts Receivable producing over $30M in annual revenue. I take an active role in pursing relationships with the larger clients ($750k+ LOCs) including prospecting, negotiating, closing, and maintaining these relationships. National Account Manager
In this role I was tasked with standing up a new division with the company. The National Account Manager role was a pure hunter role where I travelled to various parts of the United States and targeted businesses to gain competitor market share and grow our portfolio. On average I acquired 14 new relationship for an average of $2.8M in A/R on a monthly basis, which kept me at the #1 ranked NAM in the company. In addition to the individual contributions that I made with acquiring new relationships, I assisted with building the processes that created efficiencies with prospecting, soliciting, and closing new relationships. I also built internal processes that monitored and reported results as well as created the compensation structure to help drive team success.

Responsible for maintaining a portfolio of roughly 152 dealer relationships that make up $22.6 in receivables. Going hand in hand with customer retention was business development. On a monthly basis I was accountable for adding 8 new dealer relationships to grow the portfolio. Within 1 year I was able to grow the portfolio from A/R of $8.9M with 72 dealer relationships to $22.6M with 152 dealer relationships. I was able to achieve the honor of top market in the company due to the market growth and profitability that I was able to attain.
General Manager
I was hired to take over a branch/market that was experiencing a severe problem with losses due to excessive delinquency. Within 8 months I was able to correct the delinquency problem and get the branch/market pointed back to profitability.
Branch Manager
- Opened a brand new office for the company- Tasked with everything from putting together furniture to recruiting and hiring an office staff to building a portfolio of business- Within the first 12 months, grew the portfolio from $0 to $5.8M, and annual revenue of $2.0M- Became the #1 overall Branch Manager in my district and was consistently in the Top 5 for the Western U.S.
