I work with the Business, IT and Finance students, my current cohort is 475 students.The Main duties and responsibilities I have I my job are:- Liaise with tutors, students & employers to arrange work experience placements.- Deliver presentations to students regarding the importance and benefit or work experience .- Help provide students with support & guidance through 1:1 discussions and then putting a career plan in place.- Build and sustain relationships with employers - Attend career fairs, open days, invite employers to open evenings at the college and speak to the students.- Agree visits to employers to monitor Health & Safety aspects of the students experience.- Support learners through the DBS process - I am a DBS counter signatory- Help students with their applications to University- Help students progress into employment through help with Job searches, completing applications, mock interviews & interview preparation

I manage and play for the club Reserve Team. I plan the team selection, formation & tactics for matches. The team play in Cardiff and District league.

I coach football to a group of 30 kids. I plan and deliver training every week and preparing the kids for their matches.
