I led the Data Integration team by example by focusing on data accuracy, process efficiency, and professional responsibility. I coached ETL developers on data integration, coding, and Business Intelligence best practices. I reviewed work requests and assigned tasks to ETL developers. Day-to-day workload heavily involved Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services and SQL.Accomplishments:- Cut nightly processing time in half by improving code efficiency- Implemented Data Quality audit to improve and monitor quality of critical information set; resolved hundreds of business rule violations- Met daily information refresh deadlines 99% of the time (missed deadline 3 times in a year and a half)- Implemented the first intra-day data integration process- Automated load of critical survey data from external vendor

Designed and developed the data integration (ETL) routines to integrate and cleanse information from multiple source systems. Developed front end customer solutions. Performance tuning, data modeling, report and cube development and metadata management.
