Production manager/Senior Technician working in an Aerospace/Aviation industry. Always striving to Achieve the best in what I do and take on new knowledge where ever I can. From working in a small engineering company, I have had to learn how to adapt quickly to situations and communicate to my team so we can hit on time delivery. Trained in MRP, I have taken on the role to preempt shortages, stock control, the creating and issuing of works orders, and creating of work processes. Due to new product releases I have been relied on to view and assess drawings and designs to advise if it will work efficiently as a production solution, or if a more simple solution needs to be thought of. Inspection of components with tolerances of under 10microns is often carried out to insure the product is to the highest quality.
