East Ward Elementary School

As the principal for East Ward Elementary School, I am responsible for all aspects of building administration including teacher observation and evaluation, budget, staffing, development, curriculum design and delivery, and all else necessary to provide educational services that lead our faculty and staff toward a vision of increasing student achievement while also forging a strong sense of community for our 560+ students and families as a lone building administrator of a Title I school in the borough of Downingtown. East Ward is one of ten Kindergarten - fifth grade buildings in the Downingtown Area School District.

Lionville Middle School

As a school administrator at Lionville Middle School, my responsibilities included teacher observation and evaluation; overseeing student conduct; developing, managing, and implementing the construction of the school's master schedule, all matters of special education, and overseeing the athletic programs for a 6-8 grade middle school with 1500+ students.

J.R. Fugett Middle School

Taught courses in Reading, English, and Math. Co-taught English, Math, and Science. Developed athletes as a Junior Varsity Football Coach and created the league football schedule, athletic budget, and supervised all coaches as the Athletic Director. As an administrative intern, I worked on scheduling, student discipline, and a teacher improvement plan.

Penn Wood Elementary School

Taught all courses in a self-contained, multi-grade, emotional support classroom for students across the school district. Conducted functional behavior assessments, developed positive behavior support plans, and supported students to reach success in the least restrictive environment.

Devereux Kanner Center

While in my undergraduate program at WCU and after graduating, I worked either in residential units as a counselor or in the school as an instructional assistant in their program for students with intellectual disabilities and developmental delays..
