I've got a bachelors degree in Law, alongside completing a postgraduate LPC. I have been working in buy to let mortgages for over two years, working in many aspects from initial enquiries, sales, marketing, customer success management, all the way to assisting process the applications and engaging with conveyancing. The mortgage sector has provided an enjoyable and varied experience dealing with a multitude of criteria and complications that inevitably follow complex mortgages. I have also found that the legal background alongside working within a small firm have given me a broader understanding of the whole process, despite what might be considered outside the field of a standard mortgage professional. I have been working since I was 15 including a variety of hospitality positions whilst studying, which still to this day are useful for communication, complaint management and a good work ethic.
