I was employed as a Co-Op at Toyota Technical Center in Saline, MI in purchasing during the summer of 2015. During the summer I filled in the for the role of specialist on the new Toyota Avalon for project management. Some of my daily responsibilities were running, creating, and updating sourcing, base pricing, and cost planning reports, being involved in the creation and maintenance of cost reduction activities, and helping buyers and managers source parts.
